I want my money for my damage

I want my money that was the damages to my tv or Im taking it to court suing the company for the damages I got a lawsuit because they keep giving me the runaround

Complaint Details:
On November 20, 2024, we purchased 5 pieces of furniture (9 boxes) from IKEA, including a bed, desk, chair, computer desk, and computer chair. After completing the purchase and payment, we opted for IKEAs partner delivery service, The Dolly, and paid $85 for the service.

The delivery was scheduled for the morning of November 22, 2024.1.Initial Delivery Issue (November 22 Morning):On the morning of November 22, the delivery arrived, but we immediately noticed that it included only 3 items and none of them were part of our order.We confronted the delivery personnel, who claimed that these were the only items on their truck. After a few unhelpful exchanges, they told us to contact IKEA for resolution.2.Visit to IKEA and Follow-Up Promises (November 22 Afternoon):We drove to IKEA and explained the situation in detail. Upon investigation, we discovered that our furniture had been delivered to someone elses address.A manager at IKEA called to resolve the issue and promised that the correct furniture would be delivered later that evening, after 5:30 PM. However, by 7:00 PM, there was no communication or update from The Dolly.3.Rescheduling and Further Delays (November 23 Morning):At 7:30 PM on November 22, we were informed by The Dolly that the delivery had to be rescheduled to 10:00 AM on November 23.By 11:00 AM on November 23, there was still no communication or delivery.

Frustrated, we drove to IKEA again.4.Continued Broken Promises (November 23 Afternoon and Evening):IKEA staff reassured us that the delivery would arrive between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. However, this promise was also not fulfilled.At 3:30 PM, we received a call from The Dolly stating that delivery would now arrive at 8:00 PM.By 8:30 PM, there was still no delivery or contact from either IKEA or The Dolly.
Our Requests:1.A detailed explanation of the mishandling of our order and repeated delivery failures.2.Refund us.3.Compensation for the time, effort, and inconvenience caused by IKEAs poor management and The Dollys unreliability.
We hope IKEA addresses this issue promptly and improves its delivery and customer service processes to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
It's the mistake between IKEA and The Dolly that should not be solved by our customers.

The online paperwork for my job was there,…BUT when I tried contacting them by phone, one such number was NOT active on one and Verizon couldn’t contact on the other!

I wanted one person was told I must have 2 helpers for my Dolly job.
Was given the name of the Lead Helper and she only communicated with me by phone and did not come to my condo for the delivery. It
was one person by himself trying to do the job.
Very disappointed at the overcharge!! Double what I expected!!
